Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours of order placement (Monday – Friday) using FedEx or USPS. We ship 2-day standard, otherwise overnight shipping is available at checkout. Given Covid-19 and shipping delays with every carrier, please allow 2-5 business days before contacting about your order.

HOLIDAY DELIVERY
Orders must be placed one full week before holiday to ensure guaranteed delivery. Please enter recipients address in the shipping section and feel free to include a note to be included in the box of bark.
ORDER TRACKING
We’ll send you an email that includes the order’s tracking number once your order has been processed. You can click on the tracking number and it will bring you to a page where you will clearly be able to track your order and watch your treats take their journey. Please allow up to 12 hours after placing your order to see tracking information!

We pack all of our chocolate packages with 48 hour cold packs and heat resistant bubble wrap, which will allow for safe and intact delivery with our 2-day shipping. We are not liable for any packages not picked up or left out (in sun/heat) past delivery.
